DAILY ROUTINE

1. Arrivals

Children 18 months to 5 years of ace must arrive at school between 8:30 and 9 am.

Children 5 to 9 years of age must arrive at school between 8:20 and 8:30 am.

It is important to arrive on time, as it influences a child's own daily pattern and that of his/her classmates. Therefore, parents must ensure that the school's time schedule is adhered to.


A child arriving late in the classroom not only finds it more difficult to settle down in the classroom but also disrupts the concentration of his/her classmates already at work.

2. Departure

For children 18 months to 5 years of age the departure times are:

Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday - Friday: 12 pm or 3:15 pm.

For children 5 to 9 years of ace the departure times are :

Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday - Friday: 3:45 pm.

Working parents have the option of after-school care for their children. Children may remain at the school until 5 pm (at the latest), except Wednesdays when there is no after-school program.

After school hours will be charged 4 Euros (150 BEF) per hour or fraction there of. Payment is made at the end of the month.

Parents will notify in writing if their child is to be picked up by someone other than themselves.

3. Meals

The child is invited to bring a piece of fruit each day, which he/she will eat in the morning

If on a full-time programme, the child will bring a packed lunch (sandwiches or meal to be warmed up in the microwave). The food will be put in the classroom's fridge upon the child's arrival. Sweets, candy and chewing gum are strongly discouraged.

Children staying after school will be asked to bring a snack that they will have at 3:45.
Mineral water will be available at all times during the day.
